Bring your old electronics to be recycled properly at the E-Waste Recycling Day on Saturday, May 20 and Sunday, May 21 at the First Unitarian Church on Pierrepont Street.
Co-sponsored by the BHA and Brooklyn Heights churches and synagogues, The Lower East Side Ecology Center will be accepting items (including cables and wiring, CD and DVD players, cell phones, copiers, hard drives, household batteries, computer equipment, radios, stereos, telephones, TVs, and VCRs) from 10am-4pm both days.
If you can’t make it on on May 20 or 21, you can always drop off your old equipment Tuesday through Saturday at the Ecology Center’s E-Waste Warehouse at 469 President Street in Brooklyn.
