2026 Showhouse Opening Night Party

Join us for the 2026 Brooklyn Heights Designer Showhouse Opening Night Party!

Wednesday, September 30 from 6:30-9pm at 1 Monroe Place

Brooklyn's most prestigious design event returns, and we're starting things off in style. New York's hottest interior and landscape designers have redesigned 1 Monroe Place, a landmarked 1852 Greek Revival mansion in the heart of Brooklyn Heights.

Opening Night Party guests will be the first to experience the house, meet our incredible 2026 designers and savor cocktails and hors d’oeuvres with friends and neighbors. Enjoy five stories of inspiring design and a view of the Brooklyn Bridge from the roof deck.

We are thrilled to have the support of an incredible Benefit Committee and there is still room for more! Demonstrate your commitment to the vital work of the BHA by joining the committee at the Visionary, Icon or Patron level. Benefit Committee members are invited to an exclusive preview of the Showhouse beginning at 5:30pm and receive tickets to the Opening Night Party along with General Admission to the Showhouse. Visionary-level donors will also receive a private tour of the Showhouse for up to 8 people.

All proceeds from the Showhouse support the critical work of the Brooklyn Heights Association to build community, advocate on behalf of the neighborhood and preserve its architectural legacy. We look forward to welcoming you.

Design Icon - $ 5,000.00: Includes 4 tickets for the Opening Night Party and 4 run of show tickets.

Design Patron - $ 2,500.00: Includes 2 tickets for the Opening Night Party and 2 run of show tickets.

All Benefit Committee donors will be acknowledged at the venue and on the Showhouse website.
