The new STEM Center opened at our very own branch of the Brooklyn Public Library system. NYC FIRST is partnering with School District 13 schools to deliver STEM programming to K-12 students, with a particular focus on 4th and 6th graders. Thanks to significant support by District 13 Superintendent Meghan Dunn, former Council Member Steve Levin, and current Council Member Lincoln Rester, the center will be a great asset for all K-12 students, with a particular focus on students at PS 54 and PS 307, who will receive robotics kits as part of the District 33 School Equity Initiative. |
