This Sunday on Montague Street is dedicated to our canine friends. Bring your dogs out to enjoy the car-free blocks from Clinton Street to Hicks Street. You certainly don't need to be a dog owner enjoy this event! The day will include: Test out your dog's skills on an Agility Course with Brooklyn Heights resident Robert Haussmann of Dog Boy NYC. Watch or take part in the BHA Dog Show at 1:30pm. IMPORTANT: Registration closes Thursday 5/16 at 11:59pm! We are unfortunately not able to accept walk-up registrations. Understand your dog's mood with Pet Psychic Cynthia Okimoto. Visit with our local pet shops - Paws on Pineapple and Wag Club - and meet some other pet businesses, including of course Montague's own Pet's Emporium. Chat with the volunteers who care for our local dog parks. Learn about pet adoption with The Service Collective and the Brooklyn Cat Cafe. Support vulnerable NYC dogs (and dog owners) by visiting the PawsNY table and contributing to The Service Collective's pet supply collection drive (see details below). Join Canon John of St. Ann and the Holy Trinity Church for a blessing of the dogs at 3pm. Meet therapy dogs at the New York Therapy Animal tent.
