Montague Open Streets is back for a final three Saturdays of car-free fun this month. We've got some FABULOUS programing lined up for Sept 10, 17 and 24 so be sure to check it out! 

9/10 - Montague Street is going to the dogs! Also, just as fun as hanging out with furry friends, you can participate in the creation of a chalk-art mural with a climate change theme. All ages are welcome - see details below. 

9/17 - Brooklyn Bridge Parents Montague Street Takeover - Back to School Bash! 20+ free kids activities, performances and more. There will be games, arts & crafts, soccer, chess, golf, dungeon building, balloon twisting, Ninja warrior training, and science shows. More information here.

Bring your canine friend and join us for some dog-gone fun!  

Swim!  Dog only pools - no humans allowed (1-5pm)

Bless!  Join Canon John Denaro, St Ann & the Holy Trinity for a brief blessing of the dogs (1:30pm)

Party! Celebrate end of summer with Pupscale Events' hosts, Shanée and Rocky (1-3pm)

Train!  Run an agility course with DogBoy NYC founder Robert Haussmann; Chat with Jacklyn and ask her any training questions (2-4pm)

Take Action to Save our Planet!  Join us for some climate justice activities coordinated by Council Member Lincoln Rester's office.

Giveaways! Reserve a free bag of compost and/or a rain barrel now.  Pick up at Open Streets between 1-3pm.

Art Work! Help create a climate-inspired chalk art mural with teaching artist, Jordanna Gisser and Le Meraviglie Art School, starting at 1pm!

Get Fit & Have Fun!

Martial Arts! Taekwondo demonstrations, board breaking and games at Champion Marshal Arts (151 Montague Street) followed by a neighborhood potluck - bring a dish! (12:30-3pm)

Double Dutch!  Learn with Elite Bklyn Jumpers. No experience is necessary. Ages 4-90 (1-3pm) 

Dance Party! Head to the St Ann's Church Street Party. Enjoy the Kyle Tigges Band and then dance to the sounds of DJ 88s (3-6pm).  **Help St. Ann's stock their Pop-up Pantry: bring a can of tuna or peanut butter to donate to the drop boxes on the street.
