Wednesday, June 16 from 3:30 - 5:00pm at Pierrepont Playground

We are so excited that our Pierrepont Playground events can resume! Come join us for crafts, games and snacks with your friends at Pierrepont Playground. This is a free annual event celebrating the end of the school year. The party is sponsored by the BHA and organized by the tireless Pierrepont Playground committee.

Music on Montague

Monday, June 21 4:30 - 7:30pm

The BHA is co-sponsoring Make Music Montague, a celebratory musical march organized by the Montague Street BID. 

Montague Street will be filled with the sounds of music all day long with pop up performances on sidewalks in front of small businesses between Court Street and the Promenade starting at 12pm. The sounds of music continue at 4:30 with a tropical pop salsa funk sidewalk parade featuring Dawn Drake and ZapOte and a Dance Party from 5-8:30 featuring Mr. Evan Bumblebee Jamboree, Shinbone Alley Stilt Band and DJ CprdG. It’s free and fun for all.

Make Music New York is a city-wide celebration held each summer solstice on June 21st–the longest day of the year

Great news! The bills to establish a pilot program that uses weigh-in-motion systems to enforce restrictions on overweight trucks on the BQE have passed both the NY Senate and Assembly. We thank everyone who worked so hard on this legislation!
