On Monday evening, April 3, 2017 the FOUNDATION LAW COMMITTEE will present another FREE program to the public at the Brooklyn Bar Association, 123 Remsen Street in Brooklyn Heights between Clinton and Henry Streets:

CONSUMER DEBT 
AND BANKRUPTCY: The process, defenses and options

All members of the public are invited to attend a free informational lecture outlining:
(1)  The process of a consumer credit collection case and defenses available to the debtor / consumer;
(2)  Bankruptcy proceedings including: Discharge of debts, exempt assets, reorganization plans and available settlement option
